Whether you have been using data.census.gov, or are a newcomer to the site, join us for the latest updates on how to use data.census.gov, the Census Bureau’s new dissemination platform. During this webinar we will discuss how to search for and download data, use the map feature, and customize table views on the site. Along with a walk though of data.census.gov, we will share helpful learning resources, and address the most commonly asked questions. We will also show the latest feedback and how your comments drive our development of the site.
Bio
KaNin is the Chief of the Dissemination Outreach Branch at the U.S. Census Bureau. She joined the Census Bureau in 2005 working as statistician in the Survey of Income and Program Participation, the American Community Survey, and the Small Area Estimates Program. In 2012, she became the Data Products Coordinator representing the demographic subject matter area on ACS data products and web-based and mobile applications. For the past three years, KaNin has been responsible for the communications and outreach efforts for the Census API and the new data dissemination platform, data.census.gov.
