Comptroller’s staff rolls out a new land use map series for Tennessee counties, cities and towns

The Division of Property Assessment at the Office of the Comptroller has released a land use map series for 300 municipalities and 82 counties in the state. Population and demographics indicators from the American Community Survey are included on the city and town maps.

Greater Nashville Qualified Opportunity Zones featured in new site

Interactive maps and demographic data come together nicely in a new site by the Greater Nashville Regional Council. Qualified Opportunity Zones include 176 census tracts across Tennessee where a set of federal tax incentives for investors that are designed to spur investment in economically distressed areas.
